Our carcasses are designed for quick, accurate and installer-friendly assembly, using a cam and dowel construction system. Units can be fitted in the upright position, which helps maximise usable internal height and makes installation easier in tighter bedroom spaces.

We also pre-machine:
•	All hinge holes
•	Shelf positions on single hanging, double hanging and full shelving units

This minimises on-site drilling and speeds up the fitting process.

Pre-machined grooving is also used for our MStrip Lighting system, allowing it to sit flush for a clean, professional finish without additional routing on site.

Together, these features reduce installation time, improve accuracy, and deliver consistent results across fitted wardrobes, media units and home-office furniture.
